Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Alan Brustein has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Lifestyle Advice

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each of our patient is a whole person and we help them reach true health and wellness. It is a collaborate effort between our professionals and our patients.

Nutritional Counseling

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you Dr. Alan Brustein can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs.

At the BocaPainRelief & WellnessCenter we have done extensive research to bring you the most biological and cost effective supplements on the market. The line that is carried at the office is PROTOCOL FOR LIFE BALANCE. These supplements can only be purchased from a physician, due to the fact that if you are supplementing a health care provider must manage your supplementation protocol to make sure it is the correct course of action for your specific needs.

We are proud to introduce you to this line and would encourage you visit their website. Click here for more information about PROTOCOL FOR LIFE BALANCE.

 Digital Foot Scans:

 colorscan1.gif

Have you ever had your feet scanned? Do know what your feet can tell you about your spinal health? You should have your feet regularly scanned for imbalances that could be the cause of pain in your neck, back, hips, or knees. With the most advanced technology, Foot Levelers' Associate(TM) Platinum digital scanner allows doctors to check your feet for problems that could transfer to other areas in your body.

Your feet are the foundation for your entire body. Like any structure, your body's foundation must be stable to support the weight above it. If the arches in one or both of your feet collapse, your body doesn't get the correct postural support, causing an imbalance in your skeletal frame. Every time your foot hits the ground to take a step, you pass the imbalance all the way up your body. Over time, your body tries to compensate and this imbalance can cause pain in any number of places, like your knees, hips, and low back -- even if your feet don't hurt!

Foot Levelers is the world's exclusive provider pf Spinal Pelvic Stabilizers, custom-made orthotics that you wear in your shoes. Stabilizers support all three arches of your foot to create a balanced foundation for your body. The Associate Platinum scans your feet for any imbalances; the resulting image is analyzed and measured to create your unique pair of custom-made Stabilizers.

The best part about getting your feet scanned is that you can see the imbalances! The Associate Platinum creates a colorized image of your foot that shows the weight distribution on your three arches and areas of asymmetry on both of your feet. If you've never had your feet scanned, you probably don't know what they are supposed to look like. We also thought of that, which is why our scanner provides a balanced, symmetrical foot scan for you to compare with.

Are you ready to get back in balance? As the doctors at the Boca Pain Relief and Wellness Center about Foot Levelers and have your feet scanned today!

Testimonial

  • "This year due to the tremendous care I received at the Wellness Center, I was able to compete and win the Northwest Airlines A Doubles Men's Championship.
I am in my 60's and have a sore shoulder, a bone spur in my back that brings on sciatic pain, lower back pain, a neck that stiffens up and one knee that seems to stay sore all the time.
With Dr. Brustein's and Dr. Mansueto's help the month before the tournament, I got the "Daily Double", the "Trifecta" as Dr. Brustein likes to call them, electric stimulation and ultra-sound treatments along with great chiropractic care . With their help I was in great health to play four straight days of tennis and only lost 10 games in the matches we played. I could not have done this well without the treatment and care I received from The Wellness Center.
Thanks so much for allowing me to perform at my best, due to the treatments I received at your office."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
