This is my first blog, so stick with me!
This blog topic is talking about the best way to maximize your health. I believe that is imperative to not only to pay attention to the pain you have but to keep your body moving like a well oiled machine so that you never have to experience that pain again.
Pain is an emotion that is created with there is nociceptive input (big word that = pain) that cause irritation to the surrounding musculoskeletal structures. Pain is an indicator that something is damaged and needs to paid attention to.
When people come into my office it is usually effortless to drastically decrease the amount of pain that the person is in, however if the patient is not educated on the actions that they must take to keep them pain free, the pain usually comes back.
Through my blog I am going to add different ideas that can help you not only get rid of pain, but prevent from every having pain! These preventative measures are a crucial part of health and well-being.
I am going to update my blog once a week so stayed tuned for the interesting and simple steps that you can take to help you and your family not only decrease existing pain but preventing pain from happening in the future!
